Healthcare email lists

Our healthcare lists cover US practices, pharmacies and hospitals, one row per location (for hospitals, one row per CMS Certification Number), and each row carries the email published on its website, where there is one. The practice and pharmacy lists start from the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), the federal register of healthcare providers. The hospital list starts from CMS Hospital General Information, the Medicare list of hospitals. The veterinary list starts from public map listings instead, because veterinary practices are not in NPPES. You can order each list now, nationwide or by state.

Counts are public-register counts, rounded. Each list will hold fewer rows, because our checks remove closed and duplicate entries.

How to choose

Start with the kind of location you sell to. Every row will be a location: a dental office, a physician practice site, a pharmacy or a hospital (one CMS Certification Number). NPPES registers both individual clinicians and organizations, and we group those registrations by address, so a practice with six dentists becomes one row. No list will have a column of individual clinicians' names. A named inbox that a practice publishes at its own domain stays in its row as the practice lists it.

Then match the specialty to your buyers. Dental suppliers, dental software companies and agencies that serve dental offices fit the dentist email list, which has a separate orthodontist list. Medical device sellers, billing and staffing firms and practice-software companies usually want the physician email list, where every row will carry the specialties registered at the address. Sellers who serve one specialty can start from a specialty list cut from it: dermatologists, cardiologists, oncologists, pediatricians, neurologists, urologists or radiologists. Wholesalers, pharmacy software vendors and compounding suppliers fit the pharmacy email list, with a pharmacy_type column that separates community stores from long-term care and mail-order pharmacies. Rehabilitation equipment suppliers, therapy billing services and clinic software vendors fit the physical therapist email list, which will cover outpatient clinics more fully than hospital therapy departments. Frame, lens and diagnostic equipment sellers fit the optometrist email list, whose group_affiliation column will name a retail chain or practice group where public evidence shows one. Adjusting-table, supplement and billing companies fit the chiropractor email list, with one row per chiropractic office. Medical suppliers, staffing agencies and health IT vendors that sell to hospital departments fit the hospital email list, which will carry main and department inboxes such as purchasing or careers, never named staff, and a hospital_type column that separates acute care, critical access and psychiatric hospitals.

The register counts in the table are counts of public records, not list rows, and the NPPES counts are upper bounds. Each count is labeled with its unit, such as registered practice addresses, registered pharmacy addresses or Medicare-enrolled hospitals, so compare counts only where the units match. How we build each list

Questions

Does HIPAA apply to a list of practice emails?

HIPAA protects health information about patients. Federal rules define protected health information as individually identifiable information about a person's health, care or payment for care (45 CFR 160.103). A practice's business name, address, phone and published office email describe the business, not a patient, and our lists will hold nothing about patients. Your own email campaign still has to follow CAN-SPAM. This is general information, not legal advice. Read is buying an email list legal?

How out of date is NPPES?

Many records are years old. In the file of 2026-09-14, the median dental record was last changed 10.0 years earlier, the median physician record 5.6 years and the median pharmacy record 5.0 years. So we use NPPES only as a starting point. Each row will also need a current website, and each email will carry its source page and the date we last verified it.

Will I get individual doctors or the offices they work at?

The offices. Each row will be a practice or pharmacy location with its own name, address, phone and published email. Where a practice publishes a named inbox at its own domain, the row will keep it as the practice lists it, but we will not add a column of clinician names and we never guess addresses from a name pattern.

Can I buy several healthcare lists together?

One order covers one list, and each list has its own price on its page: one for the whole country and one for each state.
