About nodilist
nodilist sells lists of US businesses by industry. Every row shows where its contact details were published and when we last checked them. We started with dental practices.
Why we built it
People who sell to dental practices, clinics, advisory firms or trucking companies often buy a list, send to it, and find that many emails bounce. The file said "updated this month", yet nothing in it showed how old each row was.
A list should let you check it before you rely on it. So each row names the official record it comes from, the public web page or official register where each email was published, and the date the email was last verified. You pay only when the file is delivered, and if more than 5% of the emails we mark valid hard-bounce within 30 days of delivery, we refund that share of your order.
How we work
- Official registers first. Each list starts from a public register (for dentists, CMS NPPES) and keeps the register's ID on every row.
- Only published contact details. We record emails a business published itself or that an official register publishes, and we don't guess addresses.
- Dates you can see. Source update date, email verification date and export date are kept separate.
- Removals honored. Anyone can ask to be removed, and removals apply to every future file.
