Email us at info@nodilist.com. We reply on business days, usually within one business day. There is no contact form yet, so email is the way to reach us.
Before you write
- About an order: write from the email address you used at checkout and name the list and states you ordered. If you already have our delivery email, include the order number from it.
- Bounce refund: attach the bounce report from your sending tool (a CSV of hard bounces is enough) within 45 days of delivery. See refunds.
- Custom selection (for example one specialty in several states): tell us the list, the states and any filters. We quote using our standard price bands.
- Removal of a business or a person: please follow the data removal page. It lists what we need to process the request.
What to put in your email
Your name, the topic (order, refund, custom list, data question or other), your order number if you have one, and your message.
