Chiropractor email list

The Bureau of Labor Statistics counts 38,997 private offices of chiropractors with employees (QCEW, fourth quarter of 2025, NAICS 621310). Chiropractors working alone, with no paid staff, are missing from that count. The CMS NPPES register (file of 2026-09-14) lists ~106,000 registered practice addresses of chiropractors, including stale and duplicate ones, so it is an upper bound. Only ~32,000 of those addresses have a record updated or added in the last 5 years. Each row of the list is one practice location, with the email it publishes, the page where we found it and the date we last verified it. You can order it now, nationwide or by state.

Where the data comes from

The list starts from the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), the federal register of healthcare providers, file of 2026-09-14. Chiropractic records there are old, with a median of 11.1 years since the last change, so we group chiropractor registrations by address, match each location to a current website, and record the emails and phone numbers published there, with the page URL. For each order we check each email with the receiving mail server and leave out locations we can't confirm as current.

Questions about the chiropractor list

Can I buy the chiropractor list now?

Yes. Choose nationwide or up to 10 states in the order panel on this page. It costs $249 nationwide, and state files start from $39. Delivered within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Nationwide files are verified and sent within 48 hours.

How many chiropractors are in the US?

About 70,000, according to the American Chiropractic Association, which cites the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (2024). The Bureau of Labor Statistics puts chiropractor jobs at about 61,700 in 2025 and says 36% of them are held by self-employed chiropractors. Its employer survey (OEWS) counts only 39,630 wage and salary jobs in May 2025, because it leaves out the self-employed. NPPES holds ~105,000 individual chiropractor registrations, an upper bound, since chiropractors keep their numbers after they retire. Our register counts by state are in a free CSV: chiropractors-register-2026-10.csv (CC BY 4.0).

How many chiropractic offices are there?

BLS counted 38,997 private offices of chiropractors with employees in the fourth quarter of 2025, 409 fewer than a year earlier. The NPPES address count is far higher, because it keeps closed and moved practices and counts one-person practices that have no employees.

Is this a chiropractor directory for finding one near me?

No. It will be a business file for companies that sell to chiropractic practices, such as table and equipment suppliers, supplement makers, billing services and practice software vendors. To find a chiropractor near you, use your health plan's provider search or a map search.

Is this a list of individual chiropractors?

No. Rows will be practice locations, not people. The chiropractors_at_location column will give the number of chiropractors registered at the address without naming them. We will collect only emails a practice publishes on its own website, and we never guess addresses from a name pattern.

Can I send email to chiropractic practices legally?

In the US, CAN-SPAM allows commercial email to businesses if you identify yourself, include a postal address and an opt-out, and honor opt-outs. This is general information, not legal advice. Read is buying an email list legal?
